Kaizen
Year 2005 has seen Heatec JieTong adopting Japanese production philosophy called Kaizen, which means Continuous Improvement (change for the better). Inspired by the Marine Group LIUP advice and guidance, Heatec JieTong continues to reap Kaizen efficiency and work productivity benefits - reduced required manpower, streamlined operational activities, improved space availability, minimized energy consumption, shortened cycle times - all of which redound to monetary savings. This significantly contributes to Heatec JieTong desire to render efficient and excellent service to customers.

From simple plant layout re-arrangement, improvisation of tools, to acquisition of new technology, these small improvements create substantial impact in the company's production costs, increase productivity and better utilization levels!

Compliance with the environmental policies and standards remains to be one of the company's priorities. We observe responsible use of our resources and proper disposal of wastes. We have an effluent system, recycling tank and scrap bins set up in order to properly treat and dispose of wastes that are results of our day-to-day operations.
